“With fewer and fewer purple legislative districts in the state, much of the action over the last few election cycles has been in the primary.
In 2018, for example, three Senate seats changed hands in the general election, with two that had been held by Democrats switching to the Republican column and one GOP seat flipping to the Democrats. By contrast, five senators that year — four Democrats and one Republican — lost their party primaries.”
“With the primary election delayed to July 19, some local boards of elections had to reshuffle their jurisdiction’s early voting centers — and the State Board of Elections gave approval to several counties’ new early voting locations this week.”
“A program designed to get young teens involved in elections is coming to Anne Arundel County this year, according to the Anne Arundel County Board of Elections.
The Election Day Page Program allows students ages 14 and 15 to work four-hour shifts on Election Day and earn service-learning credit for school. Students 16 and older may participate but are encouraged to register as election judges instead because, at that age, they are eligible.”

Our Party is funded by grassroots donors and organizers, without folks like you, we would not succeed as a party. If you have a few dollars to spare, chipping in now will help the Republican Party win our State and our Nation back in 2022.
